Ordering, payment methods

How can I place an order?

Easy! Just Add to Cart the products you like and click on the Checkout or Paypal buttons. If you are buying many products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of the page to start the checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and explain why you would like to cancel your order. Here is our contact page  Please understand that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All our prices are displayed in US Dollars. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer (through PayPal).

Is my personal information safe?

What size should I get?

Please read the description of each product and measure yourself to know the size. Please note that Asian sizes tend to be a bit smaller.

 

Returns and refunds

How can I return an item?

Please email us within 30 days after receiving your order with your order number and explain why you would like to return your order. Here is our contact page. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are granted free shipping, partial or total returns of your order will incur in a shipping charge if the standing order after returns is below our 29 USD Free Shipping threshold.

Some products, like underwear, sweating products or socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If they are defective, a new product will be sent.

What happens if one of the products in my order is defective?

Please email us within 7 days after receiving your order with your order number and any photos from the defect. Here is our contact page. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

How long does the return process take? How will I receive my refund?

processing returns may take up to business days from the day we receive your return will email you confirm once has been processed. You will credited in your original form of payment 7-10 days after your refund is approved.
